We do a little crafting. We do a lot of coloring. We do quite a bit of playdoh. We do ALOT of running. (The running indoors doesn't really do much good for teaching them indoor manners, but its been a long winter and I gave in to the 'no running rule' a loooooong time ago!) And we even do a little baking. Take a look:

| Waiting for the beaters to start. Again, full attention! Each time I actually turned the beaters on, they would cover their ears and hum to try to match the tone of the beaters. |

| The big kids got to pour in the flour and sugars. Nash got the honor of pouring in the chocolate chips. |

| And then they each got three chips for payment of their hard work. Surprisingly, they were content with just three... I was expecting begs for more. |

The recipe for the cookies are on the other blog. I would recommend you try it if you've got making cookies on the "to do" list. It really is the best recipe I've ever found!
